Cannot Make the Outgoing Call from Avaya Softphone

Hi,

All of sudden, my Telework Softphone cannot make outgoing calls. But i can make calls through AVAYA Handset, i can able to make outgoing calls.

Workaround:-
-> Tried to create new user and logged in, but still cannot make a call.

Please let me know how can fix this issue.

The IP Office Partner Mode, which is this forum, doesn't support the IP Office Softphone.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
