Cannot make SIP Trunk calls between 2 sites

Hello friends,

Please advise from your experience.
Here I have a case.
I've made a SIP Line Trunk.
I'm trying to make a call, after pressing extn which is going to site A a notification appears on the phone busy here.

Is this set up for SCN

If not have you set up a shortcode route to call extns in the other site.

I apologize in advance if the information i provided at the beginning was very little.
Wanted to add info and that's what i did.
For a test call, the telephone between sites is ringing but at each site when you want to communicate, the sound still doesn't appear?
