Cannot make new FCR

I have been trying to make a new FCR, but when I get to CRNO and enter 2 at the prompt I get the error sch4565.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I already have a FCR of 1 on my system and that one is working fine. I made sure that my FRL & NCOS are alike in ld 87.

Try this, LD 49 > PRT > CRNO

See if CRNO 2 is allready listed.

Also LD 21 > PRT > FCR > Look at MAXT, this is the max no. of FCR Trees you can have.

crno 2 is not being used, so I guess it must me be the MAXT, how do I change this again? I knew there was something I was missing

LD 15, FCR, NFCR YES, MAXT = One more than you have now.

strange but, except for acod access (pag) i haven't needed nfrl since bars... can you explain why it's still part of the picture?
