CANNOT MAKE ANY REPLICATION

Hi,
my system is NT4 / EXCH55, 2 differents NT domain.
i'm able to send replicas from my 1st server to the second but the mail stay in the Directory service mailbox !
In fact, the directory service never opens the mailbox in order to process the modification of the GAL.
When i want to make a replication from my 2nd server to the 1st one nothing happens.
My last replication is in the 28th of december.
In the mailbox resources the last connection to the DS is at the same date.

If someone could help me .... ;-)

My guess is one of two areas:
1. Permissions
Check that the overide tab on the connector and reset the permissions to both service accounts and their passwords.

2. NETBIOS.
Can you ping the other server by NAME from each of the sites - if not WINS/LMHOSTS entries required
