I have created a simple form via the form wizard in FP2002. I also used the wizard to create an Access 2002 database to store the input. As usual, the form and database were created on our development web server which has up-to-date extensions. The problem is the form and DB will work fine for a while, then the connection between them is dropped. I get the error "3704 0x800AOE78 - adErrObjectClosed". I have tried deleting the current database and creating another, but the same thing occurs after a short time. The settings in the form and DB seem to be correct. I just can't get the connection stable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

Is your Access database open when you attempt the POST from your web form?

No, the DB is closed. In the past, I have noticed that a form will not write to the DB when the DB is open. I checked this first. Everything works great for a while, then the connection is dropped. It seems to happen overnight most often. When I leave for the day, everything is fine. The next morning, the form is not writing to the DB. It's very frustating. I've spent way too much time troubleshooting this problem. Thanks for your interest and reply.
