I setup local domain server using WINNT 4.0. I have 5 Winnt workstation. At first I can login to the domain server, the server and the worktstation is connected to a hub having a common network and subnet. Then when I put a linksys router between the workstaion and server having different network, on the server side I put an IP address of 192.168.100.1 on the workstation I put an address of 192.168.15.2. my router also has 2 IP 192.168.100.2 and the other side 192.168.15.1. My problem is when I tried to login on the server it has an error it say's that the domain server is cannot be contacted but from the workstation I tried to ping the IP of the server and I can ping it there is no problem with it. So can someone explain it to me what do I need to so that i can log to my domain server. Do i need to add some route on may routing table on both workstaion and on my router If i need to what do i need to add..pls. help me....thanks

Do you have ports filtered on the linksys router? Also you will need to be able to browse for a domain controller, since browser requests don't cross routers, you either need a WINS server installed or setup your local LMHOSTS file with a host pointer indicating that serverx is a domain controller
