Cannot login via Metaframe presentation

I have a user on a remote site that is having issues with their Citrix client. She tries to connect via the WEB Interface for Metaframe (going to presentation server 3), is allowed to see her list of applications but cannot connect to any of them. If she uses another PC in the same office, she has no problems at all! We've uninstalled the client and re-installed various different versions, none of which work. The other isue is that she uses another departments PC (I work for a state government) and we don't have any admin rights to the PC.

Anyone got any ideas?

Any more information?

can she ping any of the Metaframe servers?

Does she get an error message?

Anything in the event logs of the backend servers?
 
On the remote users machine, try delete any key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSExxx
 
Ohh,previous should read: delete all LICENSExxx keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\

No luck, this is a windows 2000 machine, REg key does not exist. Any other ideas?
 
What is the scenario on this computer? Does she get an error message of any kind? Or does she just see the ICA connection icon down in the lower right corner of her screen with nothing else happening?

 
User logs onto via the Metaframe login screen with no issues, they then get the list of aplications (ie their desktop) that they can connect to, if the user clicks on any app, nothing happens, no error messages, no timeouts etc etc
