Cannot login to the IPOCC UI for one user created

Hi all

We have issue with one extension created on IPO and IPOCC, the user can login to the One-x Communicator for phone calls, but cannot login on the IPOCC UI he got error:
''Make sure you have entered a valid telephone extension!"

Any idea ??

Yes already entered in ''Telephony Tab'' of Agent configuration in IPOCC, I also restart the IPO_Synch service to take effect but still with the same issue, it didn't know the extension....!!!

any other idea ?

Not the telephony tab of the agent.

In the Telephone Tab in Configuration you need to enter all extensions that IPOCC should monitor.

IPO Sync service is used to sync agent configuration between IPO and IPOCC (creating agent in IPOCC should create user in IPO and vice versa).
I have this disabled on all my system since I don't see the gain, since I would still need to do some settings in manually.

Ah ok...I forgot this, I will test it and come back to you.
so if I understand for each extension added we should configure it in ''Telephony tab'' ?

yes, the Telephones tab tells IPOCC which extensions to monitor, without this it cannot control the phone/softphone and they cannot login.

You can also get basic reporting on non IPOCC extensions if they are monitored, but haven't checked exactly what the report contains.
