Cannot login to Novell for Console1

Groupwise 6.5.2 running on windows 2000 running fine. However we now cannot log into Novell (client 4.83) it says no servers available. Can ping to server by name or IP and rdp to server but are there any reasons why I cannot log directly onto server?

It seems to me that there were a few problems with the 4.8x clients. One was not being able to RConsole servers and getting a no listing of servers when trying to. What is the current SP level at on your client? I'm not positive but I think the latest SP for 4.83 is SP3. We went to 4.90 and a few of our problems we were having went away.
