When we run the full backup of our mail server the job intermittently fails with the below:
Error category : Resource ErrorsError : e00002fe - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.

However, if we rerun the job, without making any changes on the mail server it runs okay and can continue to run without a problem for several days, even weeks, before the same failure re-occurs.
We have checked all the conditions listed in the tech note and none of them are pertinent for this job.
We are running on v12.5 Rev 2213.
