cannot log on to machine

Our F50 with Domino 6.5 recently did not permit any connections namely FTP and Telnet, though PING requests are successful. The tty console did not work either so we had to reboot it manually. What could be wrong, did the inetd daemon went down? Is the tty process related to inetd?

Hi Promotor,

Sounds like you may have run out of paging space.

Try running errpt and errpt -a, looking for VMM errors.

Also I would check the output from "df" - sometimes "/" or other system FS may get full.
