Hi,<br><br>I can't log onto some workstations because NT says that the NetLogon service hasn't started. I've tried logging onto the local machine with and without the NW cable and still no joy.<br><br>Am I well and truly in a situation where I must rebuild the PC?
TANKERx,<br><br>Have u tried to check if your NT server is working properly. If so, have it restarted and logon again as administrator and then restart the workstations again.
I just encountered this yesterday. What the problem is, is that the NetLogon service on the workstation is not started (it was set to manual). Login to the workstation locally as administrator, go into services, find the NetLogon service and set it to Automatic and then start it. Then logout and try logging in to the domain again. See if that doesn't fix it.
