Cannot Log into computer

I am trying to log a new user into computer but keep receiving this message: Your account is configured to prevent you from using this computer. Please try another computer. I have reimaged the machine twice. Changed the machine name. Our Windows administrator checked the security and registry settings and could find nothing amiss.
The message appears on all pc's I try to log the user into.

If anyone has a clue why this is happening, I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks Bcastner. That link is right on. That computer account was set to login to some specialized servers we use instead of all computers. I can only guess it was set this way when developers were testing and the machine got recycled into general production.
