We have a Midsize 6.3 installed on the System Platform, with the installation date in October 2014. Before the expiration date, we renewed the Root CA for SMGR and SM. All the VMs are working as expected, except for Utility.
IP phones still can load 46xxsettings and firmware from Utility but we cannot login to Utility both via Utility Admin Web and CLI with admin account. Error show is Authentication error (no password change for sure). Error when login Utility
And I still can login to web admin of System Platform with admin password. Try to change System Platform time back before the expired date but also not work.
My assumption is that the Utility Certificate has expired as well, but I couldn't find any documentation on how to renew the Utility 6.3 Certificate. Does anybody have the same experience?
