Cannot Log In to my Aloha POS

Hi:

I have been using Aloha for the past 5 years.
Every morning this is what I do.

Start computer, get the QS (quick service) and Aloha System Manager program on.

Then when I click QS Green Button, they bring me to a page where there is a number keypad. I entered Manager's Number, enter, and I was able to use the POS.

Yesterday however, I tried the same thing.
It won't take my Manager's Number as usual.
It keeps saying Invalid Number.
Now I can't even get in to my Aloha POS.
Can someone please help me?
I'm really desperate.
