I am trying to publish a website to the server and I keep getting the error "cannot lock file service.cnf. File is in use or web server is temporarily busy." Every permission is set to full control and the file is owned by the administrative group. I have tried to delete it but it won't allow me to. Does anyone have an idea of how to get around this problem? For some reason Front Page thinks this file is locked. Thanks

Cannot lock file

Have you tried using FTP to delete it, or call your ISP and ask them to delte it.
