Cannot locate IP Office on manager software

The WAN port was never changed. The IP assigned to that port is still 192.168.43.1
When I connect directly into IPO via the WAN port and statically assign my computer to 192.168.43.9 (i have tried assigning the gateway to the 192.169.43.1 and also tried leaving the gateway blank whereas that has worked in the past) And still cannot locate the IPO. Does any one have any insight on what the issue may be??
 
Did you try to ping the ipaddress.
If there is no response then the IP address has been changed.

Reboot ip office just in case.
 
maybe the wan port is set to dhcp so unstatic your lan connection and try again
 
UDP discovery disabled in manager?
PC had a update lately? Disable or adjust the firewall.
Try the upgrade wizard if that does find the IPO.
 
In the select IP office screen what is the Unit/Broadcast address set to? I have seen people change that to 255.255.255.0 thinking it was a gateway or setting it to some random IP and not be able to connect. It should either be 255.255.255.255 or 192.168.43.1 in this case.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
what Version is your IPO running, What version of manager are you using

Manager V9.1 + will not communicate with anything below V4.0 (catches me out on or older systems regularly :-( )


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
