Cannot locate ADSI Edit Snapin

Hello,

I downloaded Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 32-bit Support Tools but cannot see ADSI Edit in the avaiable snapin list ?

I tried downloding ADSI seperatly but it won't work...

Any help appreciated...
