cannot load office international.dll

Hi, each time Windows XP PRO starts, I got "cannot load office international.dll." message. How to get rid of this message? Thanks

Try opening outlook. go under help and run detect and repair.

I do not have OUTLOOK loaded on this machine. We're running Groupwise. We have Office XP on it. Any furthur advice? Thanks again!

you should be able to open any office product. lets say word and run detect and repair
