Hi to all,

I have posted this message under the WEB SERVER area but, I am not sure if that is the right area for the problem, so forgive me if I am in the wrong place...

On a Netware 5.1 FSB server I am trying to install Novell Web Server 3.1 (with a view to accessing Groupwise over the internet via Web Access) Web Access run ok but the "webstart" ncf file will not load HTTP.NLM, errors report that many public symbols cannot be found.

Netware has been patched with SP4 and Groupwise with SP5.

Can anyone help please?

Ahhhh.... NW51SP4, huh?

I think you will find that your problems lie within your CLIB compatiblity. Update your CLIB files and give it another try.

Good Luck.

Novell Web Server 3.1 hasn't been supported for a long time, pre-Y2K at least. Try installing Apache and Tomcat, or the NetWare Enterprise Server that comes with NW5.1. NES has the simplest installation for Groupwise WebAccess, Apache may perform better but takes more configuration to get it working.
