Hi, we have very old application written in Borland C and C++. It works OK on all platforms except on Windows Server 2016.
On this platform when our main EXE is trying to load DLL (written in C) it cannot do this.
More exactly - it can load it BUT it cannot initialize it. Initialization finishes with error 7.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks

Try using depends to find out what it is loading and where it is finding it. It may be using the right DLL names but from the wrong places.

If it is a 32-bit app, might be worth checking if it works from the cmd prompt from syswow64
