I cannot load the Agent Desktop Display on one user's PC. Agent is on the same subnet as other agents, can receive multicast feed fine. Error message is: "The Agent Desktop Display could not communicate directly with the Symposium Web Client Application Server via RDS. Check your network connection and contact your administrator." There is also a message that pops up saying "the system is downloading Client SOAP files," but I didn't think 6.0 used SOAP anymore.
The agent's PC seems to work fine in every other way. Anyone else ever face this? Thanks.
