Cannot leave VM on CCR transfer 1

Have CP with CCR tree on a BCM 50

Dial in and get choice 1 to transfer to specific extension and it keeps ringing not going to VM

set the FNA to VM (395) and the phone picks up and immediately goes to the specific VM without the AA

Want it to go to AA...CCR and when push 1 goes to specific VM

If FNA is set it should go to the VM. Make sure the transfer is to x 395. You also could change the CCR instead of transfer to leave a message and go directly to the MB.
