Hi,
we have issue, cannot launch Real-time displays by AACC,in the documentation is written as follow :To download the RTDControl, you can download the control manually or you can download the Multicast Trace Tool.msi on the client PC.

Can anyone advise us where we can downloading:"Multicast Trace Tool.msi"
Thanks

Hi Splic3d,

thanks for the reply, I also have document, but I´m looking for download a msi file.

According to the doc it say it comes from CCM. When the client pc logs on to CCM then open real time reporting, it downloads it from CCM, pages 136 and 137 of the doc.

We had a simular issue the only thing we did is go under configuration - Then the first tab on top Server and select refresh all servers and it work for us. Good Luck.

Reading further I see that if you have the CCM install DVD, you can down load it from the DVD. It also said you need admin rights to do so on the client pc's. If you don't have the DVD, maybe someone has and can share a copy. Pg.138.

With the MSI controls, they are supposed to automatically download on the first connection of a host to the CCMA.

You need appropriate permissions for the load to take place. It is a once only load.

There will be a file in the patches (apologies as I do not have it handy) that will have them. All up from memory there are about 9 of them. They relate to :

RTDs
Scripting
Reporting
etc
