I have a report grouped by Project# where information about each project# sitting in GH1, Details section (a,b,c,d,e) and each sections of GF1a, GF1b, GF1c, GF1d, GF1e contain subreports with different info about this record.

Some of records I am getting the following way:
GH1 and Details on one page, then more then half page empty and then GF1a, GF1b and so on. GF1a(and even GF1b) small enough to fit on the same page as GF1 and Detail. I need to be able to get new page only after each record but each record can have different amount of info (from one to three or four pages)...??

Thank you

Have a look at the "Keep Together" setting for each of these sections and for the group as a whole.

view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Also, turn off the "Keep Object Together" property on each of the subreports.

Lokks like all "Keep Together" done but some of the records still give me this problem.
I have in last GF1g turn on "New page after" and if I turn it off everything works but records starts after each other and not on separate page...???

done" is a bit vague. Please describe for what sections, groups, and subreports this property is turned on.

I have "Keep together" on for GH(I have only one GH), Details(including details a, details b, details c and details d) and for all GFa,b,c,d,e,f,g. I turn off all "Keep together" inside the subreports (in each GF I have separate subreport). In last GFg I have "New page after" turn on. And I tried instead of turn on "New page after" write in x-2 'not onlastrecord'...

Mainly, report has some information in GH and Details sections and then each GF has different subreport (all links by Project#), so when I select parameter (Proj#) I have a couple of pages with information about each record.
