I've tried integrating VSS 6.0 with InterDev 6.0 ... it worked for a few days then stopped working, grumbling about access rights. I spent a long time trying to work out what had happened, never resolved it. The interesting thing is that it happened exactly the same with the other 2 developers on my team, ie worked fine for a few days then suddenly stopped working... however everybody's integration "broke down" at different times so it wasn't one event that effected us all.
Sorry, you were looking for solutions, not empathy!
