Cannot Install SP2

I am having trouble getting SP2 installed on a server running Windows SBS 2003. I have tried installing it through Windows Update, and downloading it and installing manually. When I install it manually it goes through a large portion of the install (about 10-15 minutes) then it errors out saying "Could not install cabinet files". Here is my spupdsvc log:

I can't see where to edit a post. The error is "Could not install catalog files" not "Could not install cabinet files".

There is no way to edit or delete a post. If you Red Flag it mod gods might change it, but it could also get deleted!

According to local gurus who post here SP2 is more of a rollup that a full-blown SP...I installed it the day it came out and also had issues...is Exchange SP2 installed? This is not available through SUS I believe it needs to be in place for SBS SP2 to work. Sorry I could not be more help.
