Cannot Install published program on XP SP1 with firewall

Published application with sms cannot be installed through add new porgram on XP SP1 with firewall enable but does work on Xp SP2 with firewall. the list above are the ports open and are the same on both worskstation. The error message say that "cannot run program" this program is currently not available. Did any have an idea what i'm missing here
