Have created a software program using VB6 pro and have difficulty installing on Windows 98 first edition systems. Get error message something like the following. "01000000000x etc: The program starts loading the software and then stops just prior to the setup running. It then uninstalls the files started to load and quits. Is anyone familiar with this problem and is there a way around it or a possible patch that could be used. Thanks for your help.
