Cannot Install Pervasive SQL2000 Server v7

I am trying to install Pervasive SQL2000 Server v7 on my server ans i keep getting the following error whenInstallScout runs:

An unexpected error (1021) was returned for Btrieve operation (0).
: The MicroKernel failed to initialize.

Btrieve may not be fully Functional.

What should I do now?

Have you restarted the server? Also are both the Relational and Transactional services running? info@mirtheil.com
