Cannot Install Net::Oscar

How do I install this module properly???

I tried to run the Build.PL, but it says I need build::module. So I download build::module and install it.


NOW, when I try to run my script I get, "can't locate Oscar.pm", so I copy that file and put in in the perl/lib folder. Now I get cannot locate Scalar/Util.pm and on and on this goes.

What am I doing wrong? (btw I'm using ActivePerl)

It says it's not intended for this build of perl(MSWin32-x86-multi-thread). Should I uninstall my current version and find a new one to install?

Install of Net-Oscar (1.925) worked on a default install of active state v5.8.8 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
