Cannot install Macola client

Running:
Progression Pervasive 7.6.4 spb, PSQL 8.5

After a PC crashed, we reformatted, etc. Now when loading Macola client everything seems to go ok. But when I try to access the program through PWE, It stops at "calling companies" and gives me error 53: File not found:evBAS13.dll
I had this happen before and unzipped the evbas.zip file that Macola had sent me. Now I can log in, but it will not select the company..I get File open error number: 3014. So then I copied the hosts file from a PC with no problems to this one. Still cannot log in and cannot find anything helpful in the knowlegbase.

I am logged in as administrator on Novell and the workstation and Macola. I also have set the registry to give SYSTEM and USERS Full Control under Hkey_Local_Machine, ODBC,

I did allow windows update to update to IE8. All other machines are running IE7.

Get the exbas13.dll from another workstation not the email from Exact. Is progression explorer working ok?

Thanks for the info. It was "I was brain dead" situation. When setting up PSQL control center,supported protocols.. I was pulling the TCP/IP over to available column instead of selected column. Just not paying attention!!

I'm glad you are OK. I get the "brain dead" deal every now and then myself. Chit happens.
