Cannot install java device manager in windows 7

Hi
I am using windows 7 ultimate,i am not able to install java device manager.The installation happens but after the files installed only the uninstall dm comes up.Can someone help.

I have not had any issue with JDM installing on multiple WIN7 machines. I use ver. 6.2.1.0 if that helps.

Have you tried installing it using the "troubleshoot compatibility" setting and installing it as XP compatiable.
