Cannot install babylon31.exe

I downloaded the program Babylon31.exe on my C:drive and would like to install it. Now I am in Windows98 and I double click on Babylon31.exe and a DOS screen comes up which says: "This program cannot be run in DOS Mode". The install instructions are not very clear. How can I install babylon31.exe on my computer (Pentium3). Thank you for your help.

I downloaded babylon31.exe again and this time the installing went very well. I can recommend this translation program, it is excellent.
