cannot input data on sas editor 9.2. Could you help please? 1

Hi all,

I am service desk analyst, new to SAS, and trying to solve an issue with a SAS user in my place. Anytime he log on to sas via a citrix connection the SAS editor is displayed but the user cannot enter data. It's like the editor is open but the screen is greyed out.
I have checked his citrix settings and seems to be ok. Furthermore he is the only user in his team who this issue.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

could there be a screen that opened and Citrix wont display that to the user due to restrictions?
