Hi all,
I am service desk analyst, new to SAS, and trying to solve an issue with a SAS user in my place. Anytime he log on to sas via a citrix connection the SAS editor is displayed but the user cannot enter data. It's like the editor is open but the screen is greyed out.
I have checked his citrix settings and seems to be ok. Furthermore he is the only user in his team who this issue.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
