Cannot import text file into MS Access 2002

Can open a text file using notepad (and see over 100 records) but upon trying to import into MS Access 2002, there is only one record with unusual characters such as "+++++++"

The text file is from a vendor via a secured inbox.

Did review the properties of the text file and unblocked it but still cannot import.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Did you get an Import Errors Table along with your one record table? It should tell you what the errors are.

Have you tried importing all the fields as "text" for the format just to see if it's format errors?

Are you sure you picked the correct delimiter/fixed width options?
