Cannot import from Exchange

When I try to create a new subscriber in Unity, it gives me 2 options: 1st is to create new user in Exchange and 2nd is to import info from Exchange. When I click on 2nd option it opens a “blank” window. It does not freeze, it is just blank. When I try to use 1st option it gives me an error message in which states that new subscriber couldn’t have been created. I’ll looked on event viewer and found out that user is already created which might be true since user has exchange mail box (user has email account and I wanted to add him voice mail account) Does anybody knows why I cannot import from exchange. I know I am connected to exchange since all other voice mail boxes are functioning

It is more than likely a permission issue on the Exchange server. Go back and check to make sure that you have set the proper permissions to the server Unity is using to connect to the Exchange environment and that each Information Store has the proper permissions on it.
