Cannot import BCM config with NCM

I cannot import the configuration of a BCM50 Rls.3 It recognizes the device, keycode, and always starts retrieving things, but at some point shows an error like this:

Error: While importing (bcm IP) from network, BCM50/SRG50 R3.0 reported: Failed to retrieve Schedule Page configuration data.

It fails on different points, not always Schedule Page.
Could it be a SNMP misconfiguration?
Could it be because of having the server in a different network than the BCM?
Or because of having server and client in the same computer?

I have NCM 4.0.0 with Release Pack 3.1
