Cannot get Service Modes to work on BCM50

Need Service Mode to go to AA
We have lines in group 001
We have vmail as the DN
We have times set up for Auto


Are there any known issues?

Manual works
Times are correct in Service Auto settings and the BCM time.

I usually use Ringing Group 002 to avoid all the target lines defaulting to Ring Group 001. Make sure the control set is a valid extension.
