Hello Everyone,
Let me give you a little background on the situation. I am currently the pbx admin on a Norstar Opt61c and (2)Norstar's. We have bought another site that currently has the Toshiba CTX100 and have no manuals or anything for it. The person who set this up is in Florida and now unemployed through the merger :-(
I keep getting the following error while trying to connect via eManager:
Connection Failed: Toshiba: error_could_not_connect_to_call_agent
I have checked the IP via fc916 and I have the correct address.I am using the default community Name without success. Is there a way through the phone to check the community name? I also cannot ping the address of the pbx 192.168.254.253 from my laptop which is connected directly with a crossover cable.
Any idea's?
