Cannot get ANI only!

I have an SX-2000 with an NI-2 PRI. External calls to 4025 sets show calling name before being answered. Users can toggle between name and number, but they only want to see the number. If Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only is enabled in the set COS, shouldn't they be seeing just the number without needing to toggle?

Try enabling the option on the trunk. Mitel has lots of options that apply to the calling party not the called and I can never keep them straight. Whenever it doesn't matter, I enable it on both.
