Cannot generate SPPI context

hi, i have a problem with my sql server connection.
we have some .net aplications running over SQL SERVER 2000
and Windows 2000. Sometimes, I get this error message: "Cannot generate SPPI context" when i wanna open the query analyzer. The same thing occurs with this aplications, the conection is broken.

Typically when I've seen this one of these has happened:

1. The password for the account that the SQL Server is using has been changed and the SQL Server hasn't been restarted with the new password yet.

2. The account that the SQL Server is running under has been locked out / disabled.

3. There is a network problem preventing the SQL Server from talking to the domain controllers.
