cannot found ENTRY_INIT when boot

please help me a have HP9000/G40 when it boot i receive the next message
" cannot find ENTRY_INIT"
why can i resolve this problem

Hi,
Sounds like you have a problem booting from your boot disk.
Can you check that the correct disk is used for booting ( i.e. correct path

Check Disk is functioning , that cables are inserted correctly , devices are terminated correctly

Use the SEArch option from the boot menu , and check if the primary boot disk appears. If it does boot off this disk.

Is your disk mirrored ?

If so try booting off the mirrored disk ?
