Cannot Forward or reply in OWA

All,

Anyone ever experience problems with forwarding or replying to an e-mail from OWA; I have a user with an XP workstation who attempts to forward an e-mail and does not bring up the dialog box to forward the message nor can he reply to it. This only occurrs on his workstation accessing Outlook via the web.

Is anyone else having problems forwarding from the web?
Is the user using a pop up blocker?
