cannot forward messages

Hi,

My client has an older switch (DR5) with a nam with vm 4.1 software.

Everything works well except when they try to forward a copy of a voicemail message to another box, they are prompted through as normal (record intro, mbox #, send), but when they hit "send", the display says "can not continue" then exits.

All other vm and aa functions work perfectly.

Any thoughts?

It seems to me that the KSU software and the NAM software are not compatable. Though it will work there will be glitches as you have noted. For DR5 you should be using NVM 1 or 2, or Flash 1.44.
