Hi guys I have a phone number (418)549-8022 which is working.
When you call this number it goes to a voice message on my system.

I tried to find to which DN it's going but can't find it anywhere, I looked in the IDC table, DNB, TNB where I've search for 8022 and 022 and didn't find anything.

Am I missing something?

Sorry i forgot the mention I have a CS1000.

Disable the TN and wait for the trouble ticket to come in for 8022! Then you'll know.....

Does the number ring a mailbox for 8022? Can you look the number up in voicemail? Did you try building the number on a phone to see if it rings?
Some places will kick numbers that aren't in service from ldn or attendant to vm via acd or a phantom number.

That's my issue here, I cannot find what TN is used, I didn't find anything with 8022.

It looks likes an auto attendant. Is there a command to look into attendant to vm via acd or a phantom number?

(418)549-8022 might be the number of a trunk line. If that is the case, it will not show up in DNB. I would try to find out "what type of number" it is. If you call your phone company and request a repair on that number, ask them "what kind of line is this". That will get you closer.

you could always enable the DCH MON in LD 96 make the call when you see the incoming setup message, do a TRAD on the incoming PRI Channel see what it is ringing against.

I know it's a DID.
