cannot find usable cleaning slot 2

Has anyone had this error before? "cannot find usable cleaning slot for drive '/dev/rmt/2cbn'?" I get when attempting to label a cartridge of tapes. I tried new cleaning tapes, it just won't let me continue.

Is the cleaning tape (and slot) identified to NetWorker?

If not, you'll need to use &quot;nsrjb -s <server_name> -j <jukebox_name> -U <uses> -S <slot>&quot;.

If it is make sure the cleaning tape has &quot;uses&quot; left.
