Hi,
I get the foll. message from Extra when I run in WINXP
"Cannot find the security file. See your administrator for further instructions."
Any help is appreciated.

I have seen this on a number of machines and my solution was to make the user who is logged in part of the administrators group on the local machine. A lower security level might work.

to fix this- run regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and delete the entire Attachment key. After you delete the registry key reopen Attachmate and it should work fine. It will recreate the key when you launch the program. MAKE SURE you delete the key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER not in LOCAL_MACHINE!

Giving users Full Control over c:\Documents and Settings may help too, but it's a bit OTT.
