I am running Windows XP Professional and not experiencing any problems at present.
I decided to have a look at %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP as displayed in MyComputer/Properties Startup and Recovery Settings.
I can not locate this file, I have used search including *.dmp.
I would appreciate some advise about this file as I may require it in the future.

Do you have a location similar to this C:\WINDOWS\Minidump? Maybe you have to show both hidden and also system files in Folder Options/ View in Explorer, and also set similar preferences in Search?
