I have a client with Windows XP (SP2) client PCs with Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition as DC.
when you go into "DOMAIN NAME" through My Network Places on a client PC, you can see all the PCs on the network but not the server. Similarly, when you look in My Network Places on the Server, all you can see is the Server. If you do a search for the server or a PC, however, it will be found.
Apparently this started happening when my client tried to configure Routing and Remote Access on the Server, which caused problems including network drives no longer being accessible.
Could there be be a link? Or could there be a link with XP SP2?
